I don't know why he thinks this is so funny but, maybe you too will get as much laughter from it as Chris does.....Sigh.

It's our typical sick law enforcement humor. I think it's hilariuos. ;)
That is VERY funny. Very timely for me since I have a rick-a-frackin, no-good, filthy-ass cat digging up all my flowers in the front yard like it's his personal litter box. Short of going all serial-killer on him, I am going to put cayenne pepper EVERYWHERE in my yard because I read somewhere that it deters cats. I feel a blog entry coming on... Actually, I feel a bit like Wiley Coyote...
